Keeping our congregation’s contact information is an ongoing process. To help us all stay current the following form is available to update your contact information whether all or part of it changes. Got a new email address or call phone number? Then those are the only sections you need to fill in. Simply change what needs to be changed on the form and the rest of your information stays the same. Annually we’ll probably ask everyone to complete the entire form but in the mean time you can keep us as current as possible.
And remember any information you share here is not stored on the website and cannot be accessed except by the church staff to be published periodically in printed form.
